Veritystream (a HealthStream company) came to LunarLincoln with a challenge many enterprise SaaS companies face: deep, complex data systems built for the web, and a growing need to meet end users — in this case, healthcare providers — wherever they are. Mobile wasn’t part of their traditional offering, and the internal expertise to build it didn’t yet exist. LunarLincoln stepped in to fill that gap, and grew from a design and consulting partner into a full development collaborator embedded in Veritystream’s team.
The result is the Provider Portfolio app: a mobile experience that gives physicians a single, secure place to manage the credentialing and provider data that once lived scattered across PDFs, portals, and HR systems.

The Provider Portfolio app uses a complex token system to validate and sync your provider data from various Healthstream Partners. See your information all in one place with a single login.
Review and add to your data on file
Providers can view their detailed information grouped into industry-specific categories. A user can review their data, make updates, and add new information. A schema-driven system ensures that the dozens of app screens all have the latest fields and information without needing to update the app.
Add files and images
A user can upload and associate an image or file with their Portfolio data points. Instead of a random folder of PDFs that need to be continually uploaded to different HR systems, the Provider Portfolio app allows physicians to keep their relevant documents linked to the pertinent database information.
Assigned Tasks
LunarLincoln is working with Veritystream to add new features to the Provider Portfolio that allow hospital departments to request content from providers. Complete onboarding or credentialing paperwork while on the go with a few simple taps.
